Dr. Rugg is interested in mental health, nutrition, and adolescent medicine.
In her free time, Dr. Rugg enjoys all types of arts and crafts, especially making costumes for Mardi Gras. She also enjoys running and cooking together with her husband. She has a beagle named Mati and speaks Spanish.
