Medical Scribe

Green Clinic is currently seeking to fill an opening for a full-time Medical Scribe. This position works directly with the physician to record medical history and transcribe information during clinical visits.

Insurance Biller

Green Clinic is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Biller to join our business office. The Insurance Follow-Up Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and following up on outstanding insurance claims to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for medical services provided to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze insurance claims to identify errors, discrepancies, or missing information.
• Contact insurance companies and follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely payment and accurate reimbursement.
• Collaborate with medical billing staff and providers to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate claim submission.
• Maintain detailed records of all follow-up activities and communicate updates to medical billing staff and providers.
• Stay up-to-date on insurance regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with team members to implement changes.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in medical billing and/or insurance follow-up is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of medical coding, billing procedures, and insurance regulations is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with insurance companies, medical staff, and patients.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
