Medical Interests

When he was twelve years old, Dr. Tubre saw a man die of a heart attack. When he asked his Dad if someone could have saved his life, his father’s answer was, “if they knew what they were doing.” He decided then that one day he would know what he was doing. Dr. Tubre practices general Internal Medicine with a special interest in prevention and long term management of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, lipid disorders, and heart disease. He is also interested in mental health issues and managing those issues to promote each patient’s physical and mental well being. Dr. Tubre believes in compassionate and personal care, and encourages his patients to be an integral part of their care.
