Green Clinic providers are now offering Telehealth Services during the COVID-19 crisis. We understand that our patients still require care unrelated to COVID-19 and it is our top priority to make certain they receive the care and treatment needed. In order to meet those needs, Green Clinic providers can now “see” their patients through our new Telehealth system. This option allows our providers to connect with their patient without ever leaving the comfort and safety of their own home.
The process is simple. The patient calls their provider to schedule an appointment. Once our staff determines that the appointment qualifies for Telehealth, the staff will explain the process to the patient and assist them in setting up for the telehealth visit. The patient will be notified of their appointment by way of text message or email with a link attached that allows them to connect with their provider.
